Ashtanga Yoga
This daily method of yoga involves synchronization of the breath with a progressive series of body postures. The process produces intense internal heat that assists in detoxification of the muscles and internal organs, and results in improved circulation, a lighter, stronger body, and a calm mind. Consciousness is naturally elevated as the body and mind become life partners on the same journey.

Pilates
Our institute provides individual and group courses. Pilates is a gentle full body workout. It lengthens and strengthens muscles, improving the body’s health without overloading the heart or joints. Pilates focuses on the core power of the body, strengthens the abdominal and back muscles, and improves posture and general ease of motion. Like Yoga, Pilates combines physical exercise with mental focus to create a healthful bond between body and mind.

All classes are donation-based.
